  • Hi! thanks for check out Echelon Graphix. All orders are print on demand and general timeframe for fulfillment and shipping is 7-10 business days from order date.

    • When you place and order you will automatically receive an  order number.

      • Your shipping and tracking number generates upon the product completion .

    • Be prepared for delays

    • Note that fulfillment will take longer than usual until Covid-19 is controlled shipping may take up to 14-20 business days due to these issue we apologize for the delay and thank you for your business.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • All products come with a return address in the event you recieve a wrong item or need to replace the item or wish to have a refund.

  • All exchanges must be done witin 28 days of purchase

  • All refunds must done within 7 days of order delivery date.

  • Refunds an exchanges are issued upon receiving the item that is being refunded or exhanged.
